Has anyone else been to the Music Go Round and found the new owner to be less than helpful? Seems like a lot has changed since he purchased the place 3 years ago. His attitude is horrible. There is no customer service. The inventory is bad and overpriced. A big change from the way the store was run before.
After 35 years in this business, I'm accustomed to people treating me with respect. This guy talked to me like I was a dog.
This fool is obviously not qualified to be in business and I'm sure he is struggling financially. I just wanted to let everyone know that if you have store credit there you should use it before it is too late. He won't be there much longer.
If anyone else has had issues with him, please post.
