Commercial Property Services of New Mexico provides property maintenance services in Albuquerque and the surrounding areas. Job Title: Pressure Washer Operator Overview: Visit assigned commercial properties and pressure wash sidewalks and other areas. Compensation: Starts at $12.50/hr for an assistant and $13/hr for a lead (lead must be able to drive a company vehicle with trailer) Employment Type: Part Time - You will usually work two nights per week, depending on the week. 6 - 8 hours per night. Job Duties: Pressure wash commercial properties using commercial pressure washing units. Essential Qualifications: Must be capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. Must have a track record of being dependable. Be capable of working independently.
