Full Time Maintenance Engineer for residential properties

We are a Real Estate Realty company looking to hire a full-time maintenance person to work five days a week and be available for emergency calls! We are a multi-family investment company that currently owns 100+ units on the north side of Chicago. Please view our website for more info on where our properties are located. Pay $20-$23 per hour. The ideal person should have 2 + years of previous experience in maintenance requests and repairs. You must have your tools and transportation. The company will provide any materials needed for the job. We are looking to hire for an immediate start. Requirements and Responsibilities: • Have a reliable vehicle • Own basic tools and cellphone • Know how to use a cellphone regularly • Upload photos and communicate through the management software app • Must speak and write in English • Basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry skills are a plus! • Professional, courteous manner with our tenants • Respond to resident requests and work with residents to minimize/resolve problems and complaints • Must be a team player • Good communication skills • Friendly, outgoing, and is looking to start a career with our growing company!
