Looking for Live-In/Live-Out Nanny/Housekeeper for Newborn baby

Hi there! My husband and I are looking for a Nanny/housekeeper for our Newborn Baby (Will be born in August 2022). We have a gorgeous 1,000 sq/ft bedroom + private living room, private bathroom, walk-in closet, mini fridge etc. that would be yours as well if you would like to live-in. (You would have an entire floor of the house to yourself) Primary Duties: * Taking care of Newborn baby 8:30am to 5:30pm Daily * All cleaning/housekeeping associated with Newborn baby (Changing linens on crib, Vacuuming/dusting in infant's room, infant's laundry, etc.). Additional Housekeeping Required: - Vacuum entire house once a week - Mop Kitchen floors once a week - Clean primary bathroom Shower, tub, floor tile, toilets - once every two weeks - Change Bedding on Primary Bedroom - once every two weeks - Keep Kitchen and Living Room organized, dusted, clean, neat and tidy etc. - Load/Empty Dishwasher on occasion - Windex all mirrors and windows - Once every two weeks - Bring Trash and Recycling Outside on Thursday Evening and bring back into the garage on Friday AM after its been picked up. - Empty Garbage Cans throughout home and put new trash bags in. - Help with overall home organization maintenance occasionally required If we go out of town, we ask that you watch our 3-lb chihuahua. We are looking for someone who will become like part of our family.
