Regarding the “no” carts at Grocery Outlet. I can’t believe that all the carts were stollen. One day they had them, then the next they weren’t but about 2 or 3. This issue seemed to happen after it was announced that the police were going to charge store owners $75 for each cart they found in the street. Why not charge 25cents for each cart. After shopping, you get your money back. This is done in other areas. I will not be able to shop if no carts aren't available.
