I have just been given full custody of my 2 yr old grand daughter and 7 yr old grand son. I am not in good health and need a nanny to watch them everyday, drive one to school and one to daycare, pick them up, grocery shop, feed them, and do light housekeeping. Live-in arrangements can be considered.
