We are a small family owned business seeking an experienced Full-Time Maintenance Tech for a 36 unit Mobile Home Park Community in Dundee, FL. The ideal candidates should have knowledge in Most aspects of Maintenance including but not limited to 1. painting 2. plumbing 3. drywall 4. minor electrical ( outlets, lights, ceiling fans etc..) 5. carpet & vinyl laying MUST be able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
