Essential Functions: · Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner. · Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair. · Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. · Maintain dirt removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas. · Provide residents with outstanding customer service. · Assemble, install, or repair pipe fittings or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems. · Determine source of plumbing issues and malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated according to work orders. · Respond to emergency calls as needed. Qualifications: · Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields · Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment · Ability to handle physical workload · Certified plumber highly preferred · Advanced knowledge and understanding of residential plumbing systems including repair and maintenance techniques. · Appliance Repair
