I am looking to hire one excellent, professional organizer to join our team at Healthier Homelife. This position works best for someone who wants part-time work, can work independently, and is not looking for full-time employment (or a "regular" 9-5 type job). Job scheduling is flexible and can accommodate your schedule. REQUIREMENTS: • Full vaccination required. Must show proof of vaccination. • Be skilled and feel competent to work as a professional organizer. • Have an arsenal of innovative and creative organizing ideas, hacks, and tools. • Be able to adapt to people's needs and create organizing systems that work for them personally. • Be great with people, compassionate, and an excellent listener and communicator. You will be working with clients with a variety of backgrounds in different situations. (Sometimes the clients are experiencing trauma after the death of a loved one, divorce, health issue, etc and are completely overwhelmed and in a state of nervous system dysregulation called "freeze.") • Be very empathetic and know how to take things slow when people are having emotional difficulty letting things go YET also be able to take charge and provide energy, motivation, and momentum when needed. • Have knowledge about different decor styles and an eye for aesthetics and beautification. • Be able to help people who have just moved and need their entire house unpacked, organized, and decorated. • If you are working with a family with kids, be able to work with different personalities and create excitement about organizing and get everyone on the same page and on board. • Delight in helping clients who are in a state of overwhelm move into fun, flow, and empowerment! 🎉☮🧘‍♀️💜 TO APPLY: If interested, please call me directly at 520-912-5677 to set up an interview ASAP.
