Trilogy L.L.C., a national experiential marketing agency, is currently accepting resumes from qualified candidates to fill position of Market Manager. Partial List of Responsibilities: Recruiting -Recruit, hire, and train Brand Ambassadors based on Trilogy profile provided -Will build potential applicant base by researching and connecting through personal networks, social media, and community interaction. -Determine individual applicant qualifications by interviewing applicant; analyzing responses; verifying references and evaluating abilities to meet job requirements Management -Train each applicant to understand objectives of assigned role. -Clearly communicate overall team objectives necessary to achieve performance goals. -Regularly communicate verbal and written updates between field and Trilogy HQ to provide most accurate assessment of day-to-day feedback on project progression. -Regularly assess performance of field team and provide feedback -Collect data necessary to provide regular status reports and recaps of all program information back to Trilogy HQ based on requests and direction provided, includes best practices, consumer comments, photos, and distribution. -Coordinate program collateral delivery of all materials -Coordinate and execute event with local team of hired and trained Brand Ambassadors -Very capable of troubleshooting, improvising, and assessing scenarios to suggest solutions to potential problems. -Responsible for complete set up and break down of all events -Maintain vehicles and maintenance logs if vehicle provided. -Protect all program collateral Requirements -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Solid understanding of technology and ability to adapt to new applications -Professional, outgoing, and social with proven recruiting abilities -Minimum of two years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or experiential -Minimum of 2 year degree -Ability to work at a fast pace in a detail oriented environment -Must be flexible and available for all activations, including holidays, nights and weekends -Capable of working independently with minimal supervision -Prioritizing, problem-solving, planning ability a must -None of the requirements or responsibilities of this role can be outsourced.
