In serious need of temporary foster place for senior dog

Hello, I am looking for someone to temporarily foster my dog while I am away at a residential substance abuse treatment facility. I lost my job and apartment for unrelated reasons but have been struggling with sobriety and unable to find stability because of it. I have had my dog since he was 1 years old and treat him like he's a little boy with fur. Lol he's very pampered. I am only looking for TEMPORARY fostering of my dog while I get back on my feet. I can provide most supplies needed to care for him while I am gone and I will pay you for your troubles. I am looking for someone who's older with a quiet relaxed home/environment and has the time and genuine love for dogs. My dogs name is Monster, he's a 9 year old Spaniel/Dachshund mix. He has a few "quirks" about him. He is very sensitive, very scared of loud sounds, very anxious, has separation anxiety. When very anxious will lick and pull fur out of his paws. He doesn't do well in crates or locked in rooms separate from people. He hates the car, he doesn't get sick or anything. Just scared. As long as he has his bed and is on the floor of the back seats, he's fine for the most part. Monster is not very good with large dogs, but dogs his own size and children are fine. He loves to snuggle and play and is used to a very pampered life.
