Troubleshooting my poor ol' Volvo 244

I love this car and wish it didn't come to this point. I am having a time just trying to get the car turned over. https://youtu.be/GDF-k1FSXUI Above is the video of my hassle and I am looking for someone that is better at troubleshooting these older cars as I am at a loss. I have bought a test light and done a little diaging but haven't got it isolated at this time. Any help would be great.
