Im a builder that needs someone to do punchlist items on some homes that were already built and now lived in. items include carpentry finish work, drywall patching, paint touch ups, etc. looking for someone a day or 2 a week at this point to start out but it could lead to more work. please send some pictures of your work and skillset and pay requirments.
