Rockwerx Climbing Walls – Traveling Foreman Rockwerx is searching for qualified climbing wall builders to lead our road crew installation teams. This is a job that can take an individual across all 50 states working on modern climbing facilities helping to build the sport of climbing across the nation. This is a traveling position that requires individuals to stay in housing near job sites during construction that is provided by Rockwerx. Experience in the climbing industry is a huge plus as you will get to apply your passion for climbing in a way that is helping to grow the sport. Contact - Please send resume and any other relevant documentation Job Description: Climbing wall fabrication and installation Hours: 40-50 hr/wk Reports to: CEO and Head Wall Designer Compensation: $23-26 per hour plus $250 per week per diem. Varies depending upon prior job experience and skill set of each individual applicant Location: All 50 states (Travel provided) Responsibilities and Qualifications -Ability to effectively manage a team of up to 5 installers at a time -Comfortable reading blueprints and construction documents -Ability to meet deadlines and communicate timelines with the team -Can effectively operate a scissor lift up to 50’ -Is reliable, punctual, can take direction and is hard working -Works well with others and maintains clear communication with coworkers -Can travel across state lines and work for extended periods of time in all 50 states -Keep track of maintenance and organization of tools -Able to weld (MIG) -General carpentry knowledge -Understands and is able to follow proper construction safety protocols -OSHA certified a plus -Able to lift 75+ lbs throughout the day -2+ years of construction/ fabrication experience -Valid Drivers License
