Handymen needed this morning Mon, Tue, Wed Work is 8 hour shifts from 10 am to 6.30 pm (30 min lunch) We can pay you each day so you get paid right away. (you can work more hours if you like and make more money) Please send photos of prior tile jobs you have done, a link to Facebook/Instagram page and if you have any reviews, showing previous work references. We buy/rent/flip homes in the area and we need help with light renovation and upgrades for a tenant turnover. If you do good work we can keep you busy on other projects Work include: - Painter - Finisher - Light Electric - Light Plumbing - Property Maintenance - Go to Ikea, Home Depot & Lowes to pick up material (we pay for gas) - Other things Please send photos of work you have done and what your specialty is. Since upgrades entails many small items and we move quickly from one thing to another and have not time for negotiations, please know this is NO bid job as we have ongoing work/maintenance/projects going on (so no negotiations or fixed price or bids)! REQUIREMENT: - Years of Experience with lots of tools - A valid Driver License - Own a Car or Truck (no drop-off/pick-up, must have your own car/truck) - NON smoker, Drug free, Clean background - Accept payment via Cash App, Zelle, Bank wire or PayPal
