****IMMEDIATE FULL TIME OPENING FOR APARTMENT MAINTENANCE**** West Valley Location - 85035 Compensation: Very Competitive Pay Looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician skilled in: unit turns, work orders, grounds/landscaping, community curb appeal. Also must possess: A team player attitude, willingness to learn, ability to learn quickly, flexible, honest, hard working. Job Description: -Addressing and completing resident work order requests in a timely manner. -Maintain clean property grounds at all times, including additional curb appeal projects. -Able to be on call for after hour emergencies, included in the rotation of on call technicians. -Complete preventive maintenance as scheduled by the Supervisor. -Must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with residents and fellow employees. Qualifications: -Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
