Needing an atterney for Noise Violation

I am needing an attorney to take my case to OK County court for the neighbor noise violation. the municipal court tried but did not help at all. Neighbor loud roosters disturbing my peace daily for about a year,they don't care about my complaint. I live in City limits, the City ordinance states that we are guaranteed peaceful community, no noise violation of music, dog roosters animals.
