We are looking for a person or persons that can do the following: We are a Property Maintenance Company so we do a variety of things and need a versatile person that can pivot on a dime. we like to say are days are all different, HANG AND TAPE DRY WALL Paint * work with cement (finish and set up) framing installing tile and flooring, run a sander, know how to use tools have your own insured car or truck (truck always better but not ness) we drug test for hard drugs.. we give second chance provided you are all checked out. we pay weekly. I am not looking for a one-week employee we need to build our crew for the spring when we get really busy We don't care if you are straight gay purple or green but have sone talent and know how to be on time for work this is 2022 everyone has a phone so there for an alarm clock... pay is based on skill...] all I ask is send me over a list of what you can do and any tools you have (we have tools if you don't) I don't need a resume just a short list of what you can do we work in Delco and Philly if you are from bucks count or Monteco or far northeast this probably too far of a commute have valid driver's license and just be honest we are a good family company looking to expand with the right people
