SCARSDALE, NY — Two Scarsdale students were among a total of 34 Hudson Valley seniors who were named Scholars (or semifinalists) in the Regeneron Science Talent Search 2020.
There were 300 students total, selected from the 1,993 students who entered the competition this year. Each of the Scholars will receive a $2,000 reward, and their schools will also receive $2,000.
The local Scholars are:

On Jan. 22, 40 of the 300 scholars will be named Regeneron Science Talent Search finalists. They will receive an all-expense-paid trip to Washington, D.C., in March, when they will compete for more than $1.8 million in awards provided by Regeneron.
