As a landscape construction crew member you will be responsible for working as a team to complete installation jobs while upholding our company values- Safety, Teamwork, Excellence/Efficiency, Profitability and Service. You will report to your Foreman each morning to load trucks and travel as a crew to the job site. Essential duties will include but are not limited to performing highly physical installation work on a consistent basis, planting, trenching, sod and seed instillation, constructing retaining walls, paver placement, as well as grounds maintenance, constructing hard landscaping features such as paths, patios and water features. Carry out foundational work such as laying drainage and installing irrigation systems and other tasks assigned. Crew members must have a can-do attitude, be punctual and dependable with the ability to work effectively with individuals of differing backgrounds, knowledge and skill levels. This position is full time with long seasonal hours, possible weekends and although rare, potential holidays. Average working day is: In season hours M-F 7:30-4:30/5:30 Out of season M-F 8:30-4:30 Benefits include 1 week PTO after one full year of employment. 2 Paid sick days after 120 days. 5 paid holidays after 3 consecutive months.
