This is Marlie. I rescued her from the Moberly shelter back in December. The shelter did not know how she was around cats (my daughter has a declawed cat), so we thought we’d give it a try because Marlie is such a great dog! Turns out, Marlie does not like small dogs or cats. Our cat has resorted to basically living on our fridge in order to stay away from Marlie. We’ve given it over two months, thinking they’d eventually get used to each other- and it has not worked. Yesterday my aunts very small dog was here visiting, and Marlie began playing nice, but it eventually turned too rough. So she would need to be in a household with no small dogs or cats. She is the *perfect* dog in every other aspect. She’s potty trained, goes out on a leash to potty, kennel trained and knows lots of commands. She’s very sweet, loves kids and loves to cuddle! Shelter thinks she’s about a year old. She’s been spayed and microchipped. There will be a rehoming fee as I had to pay for her at the shelter. Any other questions please feel free to ask!
