Weed Man is offering full-time employment for our Lawn Care Technician positions. We are currently looking for our next great Lawn Care Specialist to join our successful team. As a lawn care professional, you will be responsible to service customer lawns in your route as you apply fertilizer, treat weeds, and perform other professional applications while ensuring amazing customer service. You will be responsible for accurately measuring lawns, providing quotes and / or lawn analysis, and making field sales. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Weed Man is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following: High School Diploma (or GED) Valid Drivers License Excellent oral and written communication skills Proven time management Ability to work in a team environment Ability to work in a results-oriented environment Must be certified to apply pesticides Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds (8-10) hours per day Winter season, working with marketing team Able and willing to work in various weather conditions (8-10) hours per day As an associate of Weed Man you will enjoy: $15-$20 per hour Paid Time Off Bonus Commission Overtime Availability Paid Holidays Industry and Company Training Winter Work Available Advancement Opportunities Benefits Hub Covid Saftey Protocols Apply here:
