Not fixed. Really funny personality. He needs his shots. And to be fixed. A roommate of ours never took care of him. She left and didnt pay rent and left him and abandoned him. So hes been without a owner for 2 months now and really needs a cat mom. I moving and already have a cat. So he needs a home before the weekend or I'll have no choice but to take him to the pound if no one wants him.
