Candidate must have proven skills in the maintenance field, and the ability to perform duties with a high level of proficiency and integrity. Responsibilities include: Maintaining physical condition of property according to Company operating and safety procedures Including maintenance on: General Grounds/Grass Irrigation Pool Clubhouse Basic Plumbing/Sewer Septic knowledge a PLUS Basic Electrical Roof/Gutter/Foundation/Sidewalk repairs Communicate effectively and professionally with residents and staff members Qualifications: Experience in Apartment Turnovers preferred General landscape knowledge HVAC a plus Septic a plus 2 years residential maintenance experience Pool certified (or willing to obtain certification) Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and handyman skills a plus Available to work weekends Organized with good communication skills If this position sounds like a great fit for your background and career goals, please contact us today!
