ABOUT RHINO CONSTRUCTION Rhino Construction is a high-end residential remodeling company working with respected architects and designers to produce beautiful additions, remodels and DADUs. Our crew of in-house carpenters brings decades of experience as journeyman carpenters, including our bags-on owner who completed his apprenticeship in Scotland over 25 years ago. As a team, we value delivering the highest possible quality and finishes to each of our clients no matter how big or small their project is. ABOUT THE POSITION We’re looking to grow our team with a hard-working Construction Laborer who is looking to learn and grow in the residential remodeling field. The right addition to our team will be a self-starter, have a good attitude, ability to learn, and great problem-solving skills. Duties will include demo, material pick up, job site protection, site clean-up, and pitching in with carpentry tasks such as framing and finish work, and a variety of general tasks to support the crew. Safety will be your top priority with proper use of tools and equipment, wearing appropriate personal protection equipment, and ensuring job sites are stocked with the required safety equipment. Candidates must have; • Construction experience preferred • Ability to perform physically demanding work on a consistent basis, including lifting 60+ lbs • A hunger to learn and grow • Personable with good communication skills • Professional attitude and appearance • Reliable, on time to work • Tools should include all basic hand tools and power tools • Must have own reliable transportation and valid WA state driver’s license • Must adhere to all safety regulations including COVID-19 safety procedures and PPE requirements Please note starting pay will depend on your experience and may go up within 90 days depending on your demonstrated ability. Benefits are available after a 60-day waiting period.
