We offer exceptional job opportunities for exceptional people. We are looking for a skilled Drywall Finisher that has a good overall knowledge of residential rough-in and finish plumbing. Pay is based off of experience, overtime work is available. Please attach a resume, OR work history, with 3 job references. Must be able to pass a background check. As a Finisher you must display superb customer service skills. It will also include solid communication skills, and the ability to interact in a positive manner with clients, as well as fellow employees, management, and office personnel. We are an incredibly busy and growing remodeling company, doing an average of 10-12 remodeling projects at a time. The majority of our work is in Kansas City, and surrounding areas. The Applicant must be available Monday thru Friday, 8-4:30. Job Responsibilities: • Layout & install drywall beads • Minor paint prep • Prepare all drywall surfaces to receive drywall finish products • Mix, carry and apply joint compound ready for decoration • Hand or machine texture walls or ceilings per plans and specifications • Ability to communicate professionally to clients/homeowners • Adhere to all company policies and procedures Job Requirements: • Must provide own drywall hand tools (ie. mud knives, pan, tape measure, drill) • Must have ability to texture match • Must own a vehicle and cell phone • Knowledge of basic mathematical skills • Ability to read plans and specifications, ability to accurately measure materials. • Ability to work on ladders/scaffolds • Ability to lift over 100lbs (lifting 50-60lbs frequently) • Stand/Walk for 8hrs a day Typical start time: • 8AM Typical end time: • 5PM This Job Is: • A job for which military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply Work Remotely • No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour www.kcbathremodel.com
