Property management company needs worker to replace two small sections of drywall on bedroom and hallway ceiling. Areas of damaged drywall are approximately 1' x 4' and 3' x 3'. We have several other property maintenance tasks equaling a full day's work associated with prepping this unit for rental. Want to start ASAP.
