College Terrace stalker alert

For those of you in the College Terrace area, watch out for a punk kid in a beat up pickup truck, maroon, with a pale (maybe white) spot on the driver's side front quarter panel. He likes to stalk people he doesn't like, with his truck, and will make you miserable with his dirt bike if you stand up to him. Get his license plate and turn him in if you see him doing something illegal. I have his name and location. Just waiting to catch him in the act of doing something worthy of jail time.
