We are seeking a reliable individual to join our team as Solar Installers. This position has lots of opportunities for growth. Come join Harness Power!. As a solar installer, you will be responsible for all the aspects of a solar system (from penetrations to panels). Responsibilities: - Assemble solar modules, panels, and support structures - Identify methods for roof layout, penetrations, railing, and setting up panels - Work in conjunction with the electrician - Work on high altitudes and pitched surfaces (including climbing up/down from ladders) - Carry solar panels and heavy equipment - Identify electrical, roof, environmental, and safety hazards - Follow company policy Skills and Requirements: - Minimum one-year solar installation experience - Ability to read solar plans - Experience working with main electrical service panel - Reliable transportation with a clean driving record and valid driver's license - Your own tools (preferred) - Professional and positive attitude - Ability to work in a team environment - Reliable and responsible - Problem-solving skills If you can commit to and live with the following principles then you are the type of person that will be successful and help our company thrive if you feel this level of engagement is not right for you or if you’re not willing to participate with us at this level then we’re not a good fit.
