Wabi Clean seeks a contract a janitor/cleaner to assist in maintaining facilities in Long Island: Must be familiar with cleaning and sanitizing techniques. Must be flexible with working hours, be punctual and work well with others. Janitor Responsibilities: - General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition. - Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. - Cleaning and stock restrooms. - Emptying trash receptacles, compactors, and bagging trash for proper disposal. Qualifications: - Ability to manage your time efficiently. - Work well independently. - Ability to lift at least 25 pounds. - Handle basic maintenance, cleaning, and other janitorial work. - Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies. - Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
