Seeking an experienced Landscape Grounds Crewmember to join our team on an estate in Westchester County, NY. This is a full-time, year-round position with year-end Bonus and Benefits. We are seeking an enthusiastic person for our premier property! Schedule - Monday through Friday, 7am - 3pm. Salary and benefits are generous and commensurate with experience. Requirements • 3 – 5 Years in the landscape industry or related field • Able to communicate with co-workers clearly & respectfully • Take responsibility and work independently on daily work tasks • Operate and maintain power equipment and tools • Dependable and on always time • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs. and work at a professional pace for 8+ hrs outdoors Qualifications • Must be at least 21 years of age. • Ability to work well with others • Hard working individual who takes pride in their work • Experience with lawnmower use and landscaping tools/equipment. • Seasonal pruning, weeding, gardening, snow removal as needed • Must be authorized to work legally in the U.S. • Must have own transportation Benefits • Full time – Year-round position • 401 (k) matching • Health Insurance, Dental, Vision • Paid Time Off • Year End Bonus • 5 Paid Holidays
