I regularly host dinner parties for friends at my loft. I enjoy all the prep and cooking, but the cleanup afterwards is always frustrating. I'm getting too old and tired; it's time to ask for some help.
I'm just looking for someone to help bring food out, as well as clear and clean dishes after each course. I generally host 6-10 people per event and have a full size dishwasher, though it has a two-hour cycle time, so some of the dishes will have to be done by hand.
My next event is on Saturday, February 12. Your help would be needed from 7-11 (estimated end time) at $30 per hour, or $120 estimated total. I don't like tipping culture, so the flat $30/hr rate is the all in number. If it goes well, I host every 4-8 weeks and would be delighted to have you back in the future.
It's a super relaxed environment. You're welcome to dress comfortably, but I'd prefer not ultra casual - i.e. a hoodie would be out of place.
