Cocktail hour is from 5:00 - 6:00 PM, followed by the class from 6:00 - 8:00 PM.
Join us for a fun and tasty evening with Chef Ace Champion, a native of the great food state of Louisiana! In addition to Cajun/Creole cooking style, he also specializes in cooking with spirits. Chef Champion has over 18 years of experience and is the host of the TV series, Cook Like A Champion. As part of our Thursday Nights Distilled series, Chef Ace will be cooking up and serving Bourbon Pecan Chicken with Praline Reduction Sauce using our Ten Mile Bourbon, Cajun Green Beans with garlic, and New Orleans Style Bananas Foster using our Beach Road Rum.
Featured cocktail for the evening will be a Hurricane. A Mardi Gras Classic!
Class cost is $35 per person. Cocktails sold separately.
