He was last seen wearing a burgundy shirt with sweats on. He also might be roaming around with a blanket with a marijuana leaf on it and a black Adidas bag. He is a hispanic 42 y/o with short black hair and forehead wrinkles. He can also be identified with his tattoos, he has 2 in each inner bicep and 2 on his outer forearms.
