We will be practicing partner vinyasa where two partners create a posture flow that mirrors each other to develop greater presence, and capacity in attuning to breath and rhythm of the flow. There will also be restorative partner poses to create meditative and restorative focus using our partner to support us and to experience the silence and stillness in communion with others.
