Soulful Sunday Yoga combines mindful movement, soulful music and an all-levels flow designed to nourish the mind, body and soul! Heavy on the mindfulness and good vibes, this all-levels yoga class is set against the unique backdrop of Central Ohio's first black-owned brewery. Just grab a friend, a mat and your water... and come enjoy the vibes **Masks must be worn when not on the mat.
