Have a wonderful family dog looking for the perfect new family to love. Incredibly friendly and affectionate six year-old neutered male golden retriever. Loves everybody, is gentle with kids and smaller animals. Has been around children, other dogs and cats his entire life. Really hate that we are looking for a new home for him, but after some major family changes have four large dogs and recently moved to a smaller house with a smaller lot and it’s clear they aren’t getting the attention and exercise they need, and we think Driller has the best personality to adjust well to a new loving home.He would love to be in a family with kids, or with an active adult who wants to take him out on regular walks or runs. He’s housetrained, doesn’t dig or chew, and isn’t rambunctious in the house. Surprisingly, although he’s incredibly friendly to everyone, he’s a pretty good watch dog with a deep bark that sounds threatening, although a smart burglar could probably get him to roll over to get his belly rubbed. Like any golden, should be brushed regularly, and needs to stay on anti-flea treatment of some kind because he’s allergic to fleas. Must be an inside home and prefer a home where he’s not alone all day. Small rehoming fee and that is negotiable for the perfect home.
