I am an Intuitive, Meditation, Qigong, Astrologer & Feng Shui Designer! I have been on a spiritual quest for as long as I can remember. I have traveled and studied with some great teachers in Thailand and the US, who taught me about energy & the old Chinese ways. These Teachers taught me "The Tao Way" which entails learning chi energies, and how the 5 branches of Chinese medicine affect us. I have worked closely with my teachers for the past 20 years. Through these wonderful teachers, I have found that there is a spiritual essence in all things, and if you sit quietly and you are present you can literally feel them. This is the life force chi energy that resides in all living things. I am sharing the 5 branch system to help people find joy and healthy relationships. I created My Zen Living to help people change their lives, by changing their energy from within, along with changing their energy outwardly. www.myzenliving.com
