2 wonderful small breed dogs

I have a jack Russell Chihuahua and a jack Russell min pin. They are 4 years old an 1 week apart. I have had them since birth. I would like them to stay together. They will need fenced yard. They have never been on leashes. It would be nice if they were the only pets. Theyve never been around cats. I'm not sure how theyd do with other dogs they don't know.
