During this workshop, participants will:

*Engage in simple breath practices and a body awareness meditation.
*Experience the sound transmissions; journey to a state of deep relaxation.
*Process our experience as a group.
*Have an opportunity to participate in playing various sound tools.
No previous experience needed.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring the following items with you: pillow, blanket(s), yoga or floor mat.
