TWO substance-free, community celebrations where you can just show up, explore yourself and experience connection through movement and sound Beauty On Beholder, LLC presents TWO substance-free, community celebrations where you can just show up, explore yourself and experience connection through movement and sound. Masks are mandatory and will be available. If you're not feeling well, please stay home. Implement your best consensual practices when it comes to physical distancing. Schedule: 10 am: Arrive, those indulging in Cacao will be served at arrival. Please purchase your tickets for Cacao ahead of time. To claim your free cup of cacao you must purchase you FREE Ticket on our Ticket page. Purchasing your ticket allows us to ensure we have enough for everyone and if you know you will want more than 1 cup you can purchase an additional for $5 at the door. If you are unsure if you want cacao text Bia at 716-308-8616 and she will share all about this heart opening plant medicine and help you decide if its for you. 10:10 am: Bia will begin sharing the story of how Cacao came to us, how it benefits us and how you can use this in your daily life to boost your health and well-being. 10:15 am: Yoga will start. Door will be locked until class is over at 11:45am. Please plan accordingly and arrive at 10. Class is Beginner Level but beneficial to All Levels. This will be a light flow practice rooted in Self Care and Self Love. We will practice Breathwork, Chanting, Meditation and Physical Postures. Bia will teach tools and techniques to balance serotonin and melatonin. Boost your immune system and calm your nervous system bringing more peace into your daily life. At the end of class she will wrap up with how you can integrate these skills you learned on your yoga mat, off your yoga mat. Class will wrap up around 11:45am. If you are participating in our Ecstatic Dance Party feel free to hang around. If you are ONLY coming to yoga, Bia will be available to chat for about 5-10minutes at the end of class but please keep in mind we have more people coming for our next Event. 12 pm: ARRIVE, get some cacao, & we go over guidelines and show the space Guidelines to set the Ecstatic Dance container: No talking on the dance floor. No photography, video, tech (texting, scrolling, etc.) in the dance room. No street shoes on the dance floor. If you don't wish to dance barefoot, dance shoes are allowed.
