Free writing workshop for anyone interested in conflict literature. Held every Thursday evening at 6pm beginning 3/10 at Magic City Books A 9-week community writing workshop that seeks to bring together veterans and civilians in the greater Tulsa community to discuss conflict literature. Writers we'll study include Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Deborah Eisenberg, Ernest Hemingway, and George Orwell, among others. Students will also get the opportunity to share and workshop their own creative work, if they so choose. Classes will alternate between Magic City Books and Tulsa Community College - Metro. The first session meets March 10 at Magic City Books at 6pm. All students will need to register with the workshop's Eventbrite ahead of time (click the red "Select A Time" button to begin this process.)
