“ Unwind before the Grind” is all about finding your breath and Reconnecting with your body and mind before staring the grind of the week!
In this hour long vinyasa flow, We will connect breath to movement through various creative sequences ending with a guided meditation by Thedancingyogiii ( registered meditation teacher)
Each week we will focus on either a slow flow or power flow:
Feb 6th- slow flow
Feb 13th- Power flow my
Feb 20th- slow flow
February 27th- Power flow
