So in this location-based tasting you will learn why one region may tend toward stellar cool-climate reds and another excels as a producer of soulful Zinfandels or crisp Chardonnays. In all, Britt will “drive” the tour bus through Italy, France, Australia, and of course, the United States. And if the wines sound intriguing, just wait! Food selections include pasta salad, chilled salmon, braised beef short rib or baked chicken, and more—all perfectly paired with you in mind! But be careful.
