CrossFit Winston-Salem is excited to host the 4th annual Lift You Up Competition on Saturday, April 9th, 2022! Lift You Up is a non-profit organization partnering with CrossFit Winston Salem hosting a fundraising event to benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. In 2017, CFWS athlete and member April Stimpson Surber lost he brother KJ and Lift You Up will be a celebration of life, the CrossFit community coming together to support one of our own, and an opportunity to raise awareness for suicide prevention in our community.
