Come join the Wiggle Your Toes Weekly Running and Mobility Clinic! This free clinic is currently intended for ambulatory individuals. Wiggle Your Toes Running and Mobility Clinic is a free adaptive fitness clinic for all ambulatory mobility levels. Whether you are a recent amputee looking to increase your confidence and mobility, or an experienced adaptive runner that wants to be challenged, this clinic is for you. This clinic will offer running, field sports and strength & agility exercises that will be tailored to the individual needs and goals of registered participants. Participants with visual impairments will be offered the use of sighted guides. Location: All Clinics will be held at the University of Minnesota Field House. See the map and read the directions to the Field House below. Dates: Sundays from 8:00am - 10:00am from December 5 to March 27. Excludes December 26 and March 13. Schedule: Doors open at 8:00am sharp. Participants are welcome to arrive between 8:00am - 8:15am, volunteers will be helping set up during this time. Clinics will officially start promptly at 8:20am and conclude at 9:50am. Unfortunately, early entry before 8 am is *not* available; please plan your drive/rides accordingly. If you need assistance finding the Field House when you arrive, we welcome you to call Leah Warden at 612-387-8561. If you're running late or you run into a delay please arrive safely, and text Leah at 612-387-8561 before 8am to let us know you're still coming. The Field House is located at 1800 University Avenue Southeast in Minneapolis, on the University of Minnesota Campus. If you are driving by car: Go to the University Avenue Ramp at 1926 University Avenue Southeast. Park, and walk northwest along University Avenue, past the Field House, and turn left into the entrance. Street Parking may also be available on University Avenue on the opposite side of the street from the Field House.If you are arriving by a ride app or a taxi: If traffic allows, you may wish to be dropped off at the entrance of the Field House. Instruct your driver to drop you off by the black sign with a maroon banner at the top. The Sign Says "Field House" and it lists the address of 1800 University Ave Se.If you are arriving by bus: You will be taking Metro Bus Line 2, existing at stop 16140.
