COVID-19 Restrictions At check-in, attendees must show proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of time of registration. We will encourage that masks be worn throughout the event and will furnish one to any attendee who may be without a mask. In the months prior to the event, we will be monitoring the situation related to the spread of COVID-19 variants and may alter guidelines to protect the health and safety of attendees, according to any new CDC recommendations or requirements from the Miami Hilton hotel management. Borrell Miami After 10 years in Manhattan, our famed event moved in 2020 to a warmer climate. We had to skip 2021 due to COVID, but we’re back in 2022 — heading once again to Miami. Join hundreds of industry leaders at the largest gathering of local advertising executives. This year’s annual Local Advertising Conference will be held on March 6-8, 2022, at the world-class Hilton Miami Downtown. What is Borrell Miami 2022 Our first conference was in 2010, making this our 12th annual (we skipped 2021 due to COVID). Our conference is all about local, and all about advertising and marketing. Some call it the “skip the hype/follow the money” conference. The event attracts 300 to 500 marketing executives who come to network and to learn from dozens of top-name speakers. What Can You Expect from Borrell Miami 2022? The event attracts a Who’s Who of local media, so you can expect to meet and mingle with c-suite executives from major media and marketing companies across the U.S. and Canada. You can also expect a professional, well organized event. We run a tight ship. Presentations are rehearsed, speakers start on time, and information that flows from the stage is crisp and chock full of new data. Main-stage presentations are rarely longer than 30 minutes, and we will offer several tracks to offer even more great topics and sessions. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend and need to cancel, you may request a refund or transfer your registration to another employee from your company/organization without penalty. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or before February 8, 2022. After that date, you may cancel and receive a credit for future Borrell conferences. Refunds after Feb. 8 will be issued only if the event is cancelled because of a pandemic as determined by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
