Join Annie Hayes Wellness for a night of candlelight and yoga at the Glasshouse Annie Hayes Wellness and Glasshouse have partnered to keep yoga affordable and safe (and warm) in the 4,000 square foot Holden Room. As two small local businesses, we recognize the importance of supporting our communities health and wellness. The class will be 60-65 minutes of slow flow yoga at the Glasshouse. Surrounded by the soft glow of twinkle lights, candles, and stars, join us for the next 4-5 Sundays to relax, reduce stress, and practice self-care. Free free to bring your own candle as well! BYOB, we may be providing some beverages and treats as well, TBD. MASKS are welcome. Cost: $15 ( Eventbrite, Venmo, Cash at the door. No refunds but ticket may be used for another class) Parking: Free!! A lot next to the building. About: Welcome to the Holden Room. Join AHW for an evening of candlelight, yoga flow (for every single body out there), and a spaced-out yoga community. All humans and levels are welcome. Bring a mat and a smile. Annie: Annie Hayes is a yoga teacher, meditation guide, and wellness coach with certifications from the Mayo Clinic of Rochester, MN, Yoga Center of Minneapolis, and an MBA from UNW. Her passions extend beyond yoga to encompass a whole body, whole mind approach to wellness. This passion drove her to create Annie Hayes Wellness, a holistic approach to making health affordable and accessible to all. The health and safety of our students and their families as always been a priority! By purchasing a ticket to this in-person event, you are aware that COVID reportedly extremely contagious, and heightened precautions must be taken regarding the health of those you interact with. She has practiced yoga for more than 10 years and teaching for more then four. Some of her current influences include Rod Stryker, Jason Crandell, local teachers, and students. Her open and permissive approach, yoga is for everybody brings ease, honesty, and authenticity to all of her classes. Her humor and compassion gives her the ability to meet you on your mat. With the combination of her certifications in yoga and meditation paired with her wellness advocacy and education certification from the Mayo Clinic of Rochester MN, she brings knowledge of whole mind and whole body to her classes. Annie is a born and raised Minneapolis girl. She has a love for climbing, Latin America, travel, and all things local! She is trained in Wellness Advocacy/Education from the Mayo Clinic of Rochester, MN,  yoga, and meditation certified from YCM, and has a passion for making movement accessible to all people. With this passion in mind Annie has found ways to bring yoga and wellness to the public, making it affordable and accessible. Regardless of what the space may be, look like, or where, she has the capability to bring people together, create a community of movement and yoga. Where, regardless of your shape, size, or ability, you feel welcomed, and at home. She states in every class, "I just want you to feel better walking out then when you walked in." And Annie can truly accomplish this.
