Need Help Rehoming a Wonderful Cat

I have been taking care of this cat for a couple months now but he is not doing well in his current environment so I’m looking for a really special someone to connect him to. He is a cream Tabby, about 5-6 years old who spent most of his life outside. I have been trying to acclimate him to live as an indoor kitty now that he’s been neutered but he has been struggling with this especially because I have another cat that just doesn’t get along with him. But he is incredibly friendly, purrs non-stop, and is such a snuggle bug. He is very food motivated and will steal a snack from you if you give him the chance. With enough time and consistent effort, he could be a great indoor cat but my current circumstances are making that difficult. He would also be an excellent barn kitty or partially outdoor cat, but I want him to go to a home that will make sure he has a safe warm place to be even if he does need to wander some. He has been very non-reactive to my other cat even when she’s hissing/batting so he could do fine with other cats. He has been almost 100% with the litter box (marked one time inside) and is up to date on all shots and vet stuff. Please reach out if you think you could take in this great kitty.
