NEW HAVEN, CT —Every week, the case number appears to be dropping, so that's very good news. New Haven Public Schools reported that as of the school week ending last Friday, 49 people associated with the schools were confirmed with COVID-19. The numbers of cases by school are as follows: Adult Education, 1 Barnard Environmental Science and Technology School, 2 LW Beecher Museum School of Arts and Sciences, 1 Betsy Ross Arts Magnet, 4 Hill Regional Career Magnet School, 2 Celentano School, 1 Clinton Avenue School, 4 Conte/West Hills School, 3 Cooperative Arts and Humanities High School, 1 John C. Daniels School of International Communication, 2 Davis Academy for Arts and Design Innovation, 1 East Rock School, 1 Edgewood Creative Thinking through STEAM Magnet School, 2 Fair Haven School, 1 Hill Central Music Academy, 1 Hillhouse High School, 1 Jepson School, 7 Lincoln-Bassett School, 2 Mauro Sheridan School, 5 Nathan Hale School, 1 Ross Woodward School, 1 Augusta Lewis Troup School, 1 Wilbur Cross High School, 4 The New Haven Public Schools follow CDC guidance and Connecticut state mandates in the management of suspected COVID cases.
